Management Portal is prepared for Online Guard Plus package subscriber only.
If customers has subscribed as single license of Online Guard, it's not required to use Management Portal and
please login the service by own Streamyx or 1515 account and password.

* Login format:
For Streamyx user : username@streamyx
For 1515 dialup user : username@ip
* Online Guard Plus package:
- Streamyx/1515 Online Guard Plus _ n
* Login format: sub_account@multi
Management portal login
For first time login/ customer, go to management portal (Click Here).
Click on the link to create a new password in order to access to the management portal.
Enter the user name and the password for management portal if you already have the account for it, like shown below.
Create Management Portal Password
Enter your Streamyx/ Dial up (1515) account and password in `Step 1`. Create your password for access into management portal in `Step 2`.
The new password created only used to access the management portal; it'll not effect your Streamyx or dial up (1515) account.
Subscription info view
Shows the username you used for access to management portal.
- The Service type you subscribed which is Streamyx broadband.
- The name of the package; for this case it is online guard plus.
- The number of license available for the package.
Managing sub ID
This is where you manage your licenses IDs; in this case it is five sub accounts.
Steps to manage sub accounts
1) To create the first sub account, click on the create account at the tool panel as shown below.
2) A pop up will appear requesting you to create sub ID like shown below.
3) Create Sub ID eg: nano1. If you notice, there's an additional at the end of sub ID box which is @multi. It is auto generate to indicate that it is a sub account.
4) Don't forget to also create the password for the sub ID and confirm it by entering the same password again in the "confirm password" .
5). Tada! You just succeed in creating the first sub account.
6). Repeat the same steps as mention before to create the next four accounts. You can create different sub ID with different password for each sub account.
7). After you finish creating all the five accounts, you'll get something like this.
8). In case you want to change your password, click on change password; a pop up will appear.
9). Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the "confirm new password". Click create.
10). If you want to delete the sub account, click the delete account as highlighted below. A pop up will appear. Click yes if you to delete the sub account.
11). If you want to view the history for each sub account, click history view as shown below.
