1. What
is AhnReport?
- It is a program which collects a user's system information and
provides AhnLab
counselors with information so that they can understand and respond to
clients'
problems promptly and accurately.
- AhnReport only collects the information of AhnLab products and
subjects that affect
the use of these products.
- The collected information is used only to solve problems of
using AhnLab products
and track new viruses.
- The collected information collected by AhnReport is not
released without a member's
permission or acknowledgement.
2. What kind of information does it collect?
- List of products and files that installed system setting and
operating system
- Product related information in the registry information
- Event history if anti-virus product is installed
- Content of files (WIN.INI, SYSTEM.INI) referred while booting
- Name of program that is executed while booting
- List of program/processor that is currently executing
- Uninstall information
3. How do I use AhnReport?
- Click a [AhnReport Download] button and save the file in a
temporary folder.
- Execute a saved Ahnreport.exe
- You can look at your computer information. Click [Error Report] button and a window
where you can input [Name, E-Mail Address] and other basic information
will pop up.
- Please click [Save] and save your AhnReport file then submit it Customer Centre. (help@tm.com.my)
