for all security components of Online Guard services.
By using Speed Up, you can have a faster access without
launching the programs each time.

To check for the security vulnerabilities of my computer: Use MySecurityReport service

Speed Up not only allows you to run the services in easy step but
also shows a short summary of security status of the current system. You can
check the service running status, latest virus/spyware scan date, engine version,
and service expiration date. |

If you click Install Speed
Up, Smart Update will start and update
the engine and the program. |

When engine download is complete in
Smart Update, Speed Up log in window appears.
Enter your ID and password to log in.
If you clicked Save password, it will
be logged in automatically. |

After you have logged in, Speed Up tray
icon ( )
will appear in the task bar. |
| |

In lower right side of the task bar,
right-click Speed Up tray icon ()
and click Open Integrated Launcher to
start the Integrated Launcher. |

To remove Speed Up, close the Speed
Up currently running in your computer. |

To remove Speed Up, click Start->All
Program->Ahnlab->Speed Up->Remove
Speed Up. If you click Remove Speed Up,
it will be connected to the webpage where
you can download program to remove AhnLab
ASP. The download window will appear. |

Save the uninstaller and execute the
program or click Open (O) to execute the
uninstaller. |

Speed
Up Integrated Launcher
If you right-click Speed Up tray icon,
the menu will appear.
|

If you click Open Integrated
Launcher, Security Clinic window will
appear. In Security Clinic window, you
can check the security status of your
computer. |

You can check whether Speed
Up is running automatically and whether
MyFirewall, MyV3 RTS, SpyZero RTS are
enabled. |

If you select the check
box, Speed Up will be changed to Automatic
execution, and if you de-select the check
box, it will changed to Automatic execution
stop.
This applies same for MyFirewall, MyV3
RTS, and SpyZero RTS. We recommend you
to click the check box and turn the automatic
execution function on. |

After
removing Speed Up, I cannot install it
again. |

This may happen when Active-X installation
is blocked by Window XP service pack 2.
In this case, re-install Speed Up after
removing Speed Up again through Speed
Up Removing Tool.

What are
the benefits of using Speed Up?
|
| |
When Speed Up, the automatic running
tool, is installed, you do not have to
visit each website and log in to use the
service. Also, you can conveniently use
the service by setting the automatic execution
function and the real-time scanning function
on. You can use Speed Up to effectively
prevent the security threats by checking
your system periodically through View

While
installing Speed Up, a message notifies
me that other anti-virus software is installed
in my computer. |

Delete the existing folders if there's
any one of these
folders, "Hauri / Mcafee / Symantec
/ Trend Micro" under
"\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE"
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hauri
/ Mcafee /
Symantec / Trend Micro
Otherwise, Delete the folder "Virus
chaser" under
"\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE"
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\New Technology

How do
I remove the program completely?
|
| |
If an error occurs due to problems with
the network, during program installation,
or you no longer want to use the program
and want to remove Speed Up completely,
then please use the removal program provided.
Before removing the program, you must
stop running Speed Up and also close the
web browser through which you installed
Speed Up. |
